Dying my hair from Dark Brown to Bright Red?

how dark? if its only a medium brown you wont need to bleach it you will have to pre pigment the hair first with a red semi or quasi colour. Then apply the red to the darker bits only. when applying the red to the roots you will have to add some base colour in to stop it being bright red and the ends darker. you will have to go to a salon to get this done. unless you buy the products of a wholesaler which they probably wouldn't sell you unless you are a qualified hairdresser/ hairdressing student. and i wouldnt mess with salon colours unless you know what your doing
