How can I get fuller breasts and fuller lips?

. I'm 5'7 150 lbs my measurements are 36 28 38 I have black hair blue green eyes with a fair complexion. I'm Hawaiian / Portuguese . I don't have thin lips but I would like them fuller. And I would also like my breasts fuller they're a b cup. Does fenugreek work for a little fullness ? And has anyone heard of a good lip pump for fuller luscious looking lips ? Thank you
