How to regain the natural beautiful hair?

i used 2 have beautiful black thick hair but after the permanent hair staightening treatment dat i hv got 4rm a local parlour my hair's turn out totally damn. its so thin n dry. n hairfalls r often. any solution? plz help i kno i can get back those luscious hair back.
