Should I be upset at my bf and best friend?

This is weird. I take my hair to my best friend's hair salon for her to wash, cut and style. Been doing this for a long time. Well, lately I've received compliments on how thick, sexy and luscious my hair is. I was surprised by the sudden rash of compliments. I told "Joanna" (names changed for privacy) about all the compliments on my hair and how it does feel much thicker than usual. She told me that she's been mixing beer and my boyfriend's sperm into the hair conditioner she's been using, and yes, my boyfriend went along with it. She said she knew that I would oppose doing this if I knew. Can beer and/or male human sperm really give hair more body and make it thicker, or were my friend and boyfriend putting me on? Something is making my hair thicker even to the point where everyone notices it, so it could be true, and I thought I spelled a hint of beer and clorox when she was doing my hair. If this is true, should I be upset with my bf and "Joanna" or keep letting her mix beer and sperm in my hair? And the million dollar question is how is she getting my bf's come? I told him that he better have been supplying it in a tube or cup if it's true, or I'll pull a "Lorena Bobbett" on him, and he'll start talking with a high pitch. And he knows I'll do it. But I've heard how male come is healthy for hair....didn't know that about beer, though.
