Should I stay a virgin?

Christian ladies and gentlemen I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Okay, I was born and raised in a Christian home... and so we were taught NOT TO HAVE SEX B4 MARRIAGE!!!! But this is REALLY hard now! I'm 19 years old and I have a boyfriend that I love with all my heart and soul... who is my bestfriend and would do anything for me... we've been together for 9 months now... but we've known each other years b4 that... and he has agreed to not have sex b4 marriage! Which I think is really hard for guys to do! We have this INCREDIBLE chemistry when we're together (which is every day)... Especially when we kiss! I mean we do some foreplay( IDK if that's acceptable for christians to do either :-/) And we kinda have to keep stopping each other from going too far! Then he has this AMAZING body (Ladies i'm talking about the six pack, big guns, sexy tats, luscious lips, Oh and that V to the valley thing sexy model type guys have) And staying a virgin is getting harder and harder EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I have a cute body myself and I see the way he looks at me... Like he wants me... but he tries to behave himself! Lol! I'm just lost and confused! I want him sooooo bad!!!! It's like I really really wanna have sex but then again... I don't wanna have sex because I want to stay a virgin! And some say that the simple solution is to just get married... but i'm not ready for that yet! I wanna feel like it's okay to have sex b4 marriage without feeling guilty and like I'll be going straight to hell... I don't know what to do PLEASE help me? And Is it even okay for us to use foreplay?
