What should i opt for.?

I got 3726 rank in i.p's entrance and 910 in bvp's entrance. but i want to stay in delhi. so the only college i'm getting under ip is "maharaja surajmal". but i desperately want to join bvp-d. someone told me that bvp-p are having some seats in bvp-d but that are through pune's affliation and i i'll get pune's degree. so which one is better "Surajmal" or bvp-d with pune's degree??
