When can i dye hair over slightly stiff bleached hair?

Ok so i bleached my hair last night it felt almost gum like mostly soft but when it dried up from being wet,n this whole day its actually not to bad.Just a little stiff n i need to cut like less then half a inch off my bangs.I just bought semi permanent Splat Luscious Raspberries n i was wondering when i should use it?I start school again on the 11th n i kinda hope i can colour it before i go to school!Thanks.
